The block helps yoga beginners, for example, to bridge gaps, correct bad postures and get a secure stance if you still lack the necessary practice and flexibility during certain poses. This way you can gradually optimize your physical alignment and prevent bad postures.
There are numerous poses, such as Trikonasana, the so-called triangle, which require a high level of flexibility. If the hand or foot does not go to the ground as desired, the block can be used to shorten the path a little. Step by step, you can get closer and closer to the desired execution of the exercises and achieve your own goals.
Other poses, such as the wheel chakrasana, may even require the help of two blocks. Beginners and moderately advanced practitioners in particular are only able to master the pose with these blocks.
