Our yoga cushion Anuhea - "Mist of Coolness" grey helps you to adopt an upright and comfortable sitting position during meditation and supports your natural posture.
The raised sitting position on the yoga cushion supports your back. This relieves pressure on your spine and intervertebral discs. This prevents your muscles from cramping. The raised sitting position also prevents poor circulation in your legs. Your lungs can open gently when you sit upright. This allows your breathing to flow freely. Your joints are protected. This allows you to immerse yourself in meditation completely, comfortably and in a deeply relaxing way.

The color gray

The color gray will never impose its beliefs on you. It respects boundaries and unites contrasts. It offers an unmatched level of serenity and can transform energy into silence.
