Our yoga cushion Sanoe - "Mist of the Mountains" Lotus Flower Stick grey helps you to adopt an upright and comfortable sitting position during meditation and supports your natural posture.
The raised sitting position on the yoga cushion supports your back. This relieves pressure on your spine and intervertebral discs. This prevents your muscles from cramping.
