The vibrations of the blue ocean color help you quickly get into your meditation flow. The elevated sitting position supports the back, relieves the spine and intervertebral discs, and prevents the muscles from cramping. Circulatory problems in the legs are also avoided by the elevated sitting position. Your lungs can gently open up with the upright seat so that your breathing can flow freely. Why is meditation actually good?

Studies show that regular meditation can help against stress symptoms: The concentration of the stress hormone cortisol in the blood can be reduced and calm and serenity can be promoted. Those who meditate regularly can lower their blood pressure and resting heart rate and take preventive measures against heart diseases such as high blood pressure, heart attacks or strokes. The muscles can also benefit from regular meditation; the resting tone of the skeletal muscles can be reduced and the blood flow to the muscles increased. You simply feel more relaxed and are less likely to fall into the flight-fight mechanism or similar stress reactions.

The inflammatory markers in the blood can also be lowered through meditation practice, reducing inflammatory reactions. Meditation can prevent colds or shorten their duration and strengthen the immune system.
