Your mat should be stored with the lying surface rolled outwards.
Attention, cork yoga mats are NOT machine washable! Therefore, wipe with a cotton or microfiber cloth. you are also faster and more environmentally friendly.
The foil in the packaging is there to protect your mat during delivery. I just feel more comfortable that way.
Cork mats are great for sweaty yoga sessions. If you're lacking grip, just spray your mat with water.
